Tara Fullmer, Psy.D.

Dr. Fullmer is a licensed psychologist in Illinois and Iowa as well as a licensed sex offender evaluator in Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree at Illinois State University and obtained a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2017. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Kane County Diagnostic Center in 2018 and her postdoctoral fellowship at the River Valley Detention Center in 2019 before she was hired on as staff. She has also taught a graduate level course on sex offender treatment and evaluation through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been employed or contracted by several counties around the Chicagoland area and is currently employed full-time with the DuPage County Court System. Dr. Fullmer has conducted a wide range of forensic evaluations for adults and juveniles involved with the court system and provided expert testimony in various counties.
