Dr. Fullmer is a clinical and forensic psychologist licensed in Illinois and Iowa as well as a licensed sex offender evaluator in Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree at Illinois State University and obtained a master's degree in Forensic Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2017. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Kane County Diagnostic Center in 2018 and her postdoctoral fellowship at the River Valley Detention Center in 2019 before she was hired on as staff. She has also taught a graduate level course on sex offender treatment and evaluation through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been employed or contracted by several counties around the Chicagoland area and is currently employed full-time with the DuPage County Court System. Dr. Fullmer has conducted a wide range of forensic evaluations for adults and juveniles involved with the court system and provided expert testimony in various counties.

Dr. Hull is a clinical and forensic psychologist licensed in Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa. He has been involved in the mental health field since 2012 and graduated from Fielding Graduate University with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2021. Dr. Hull completed his predoctoral internship at the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. During that time, he completed evaluations addressing mentally ill and dangerous civil commitments. Dr. Hull pursued his postdoctoral fellowship with community agencies providing treatment and psychological evaluations. He has received additional training in conducting psychosexual and fitness to proceed evaluations. Dr. Hull is also employed full-time with the Central Office of the Minnesota Department of Corrections completing psychosexual evaluations and violence risk assessments with incarcerated individuals.

Dr. Camins is a board-certified forensic psychologist and licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri. He is one of under 400 individuals across the United States to be Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Forensic Psychology. He is currently serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Counseling Psychology at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where he teaches graduate courses on psychopathology and psychological assessment.
Dr. Camins earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of New Haven. He received a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. He received a second master’s degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University. He completed his predoctoral internship at the Memphis VA Medical Center and went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship in forensic psychology at Mendota Mental Health Institute and Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center.
Dr. Camins previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and as a Clinical Psychologist at Carle Health. His prior academic affiliations have included The College of New Jersey, William Patterson University, Eastern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University, and University of Illinois at Springfield. His clinical experiences have included work in outpatient community mental health, juvenile probation, state psychiatric hospitals, county jails, state prisons, schools, and VA medical centers. .
